I’d like to know what is is exactly. How you make it and what ingredients go into making it and what flavor does it have? Is it sweet or bitter ? Those type of questions

The main ingredients in akafuku that they disclose in the official website are glutinous rice, red bean and sugar. The glutinous rice is pounded into a rice cake called “mochi”. The mochi is slightly sweetened. It is enveloped/topped with a smooth red bean paste that’s very sweet. They have an English site that goes into more detail: http://www.akafuku.co.jp/global/english/ Hope this helps!
