The “World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2015” selected by London (CNN) British restaurant papers was announced a few days ago and a restaurant in Spain was named number 1 in the world. There are 2 restaurants named from Japan as well and one ranked in the top 10. They are 2 top class restaurants that we can proudly recommend.

1. RyuGin


The concept of Ryugin is to offer Japanese ingredients in a natural way and enhanced to bring out its best qualities. Their enthusiasm to “get the food out on the table in its best state!” is amazing.


The katsuo (skipjack tuna), aji (horse mackerel), ise ebi (Japanese spiny lobster), ika (squid), and more, it is a seven dish assortment in the Ryugin style.

Narisawa is a restaurant which ranks at the top in Japan, or even when we look in the greater area of Asia. They use only Japanese ingredients selected by the owner chef and offer Japanese fusion French cuisine.

What’s amazing is that there is a complete form of nature shown complete on top of the plate.
It reminds you of the importance of expression in cuisine.
