Potager is the first shop in Japan to specialize in vegetable desserts, located in Nakameguro. They use organic vegetables that are directly ordered from affiliated farms. They offer a variety of healthy cakes with consideration for health and food safety. The popular items are the “green short tomato” with a vividly colored sponge cake the color of komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), “avocado rare cheese” that is a rich non-bake cheesecake topped with avocado and fresh lemon gelee.
